My practice started in 2012 while I was living in Taiwan- I admit, I wasn’t thrilled the first, second, or even third time that I went to class. I was in a new country and determined to find a new yoga studio that I loved so I kept going to class anyway, talking with the teachers, students, and learning more about the general practice. My connection with the studio and practice grew every day that I showed up and before I knew it I had found the love that I was seeking to find. I completed my teacher training in Taiwan in 2015 and picked up Inferno Hot Pilates teacher training along the way a few months before moving to Detroit in 2016.
