As you may have heard, Wayne County Public Health Division today released a mask mandate effective immediately for schools across the county. We will follow the mandate and ask all staff and students, both vaccinated and unvaccinated,  to wear masks in the yoga studio. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during these times. Stay safe, and please remember, we are all in this together !

Relax, restore, and reconnect! As the Capricorn Moon opens to full light opposing the Cancer Sun, experience the alchemy of a Holy Fire® Reiki Guided Healing Meditation workshop intended to usher in recreated health to the physical body. We'll play with the opposing moon & sun energies during expressive journaling, oracle card readings, and a gentle moon yoga floor sequence. EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE A HOLY FIRE REIKI CHARGED RAW SMOKY QUARTZ CRYSTAL to use during the meditation and as a take-home gift. It's so beautiful to be together again!

Open to all! Please bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, things needed for comfort in meditation (you may like a bolster, blanket, or eye mask if you have one), and a mug for an herbal tea experience. Mask is required if you are not fully vaccinated.

The Reiki meditation event is led by Tanja Krupa (RYT-200, RPYT in progress), Holy Fire Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Ama-Deus® practitioner, Wild Woman Project Circle Leader, Certified Reflexologist, Certified Aromatherapist, iRest Yoga Nidra practitioner, home herbalist, and writer.
