Full Moon Holy Fire Reiki Meditation and Workshop

As the Mourning Moon opens to full light, experience the alchemy of a Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Meditation and Full Moon Workshop to dig deep with earthy grounding aromas, archetypal work, oracle card reading, creative journaling, and crystal work with raw black tourmaline to prepare for the descent into winter. Everyone will receive a beautiful Reiki charged tourmaline stone and play in the Taurus energies that come with this moon. Soak in full moon energies guided to shift mind, body, and soul, creating subtle transformation in your quantum field. You will experience a group Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki Healing Meditation that will begin to shift energy around a specific issue and powerfully through all chakras to open healing channels and reconnect body to Earth and Source. Bring new stories into being by transforming that which no longer serves you on your journey and return the all parts of your being, home! Open to men and women! Hey there night owls, we are now offering 11:30pm class EVERY Monday night. Come and get your night sweats on after your daily obligations are complete.

Your Tuesday will be phenomenal ! This class is the original bikram 90 series and will finish at 1am.

Massage Beginning June 15th

ntroducing Erika Felix! Erika is a fellow yogi, here at Bikram Midtown Detroit! You may have practiced yoga with her somewhere between the 6a or 1130a classes, on any given day of the week. Erika is also an amazing massage therapist & will be providing massages beginning this summer, (June 15th) by appointment only. She has been doing massage for 14 years & believes in healing from the inside, out. Erika specializes in therapeutic massage which means she incorporates several modalities into her massage, based on your specific needs, to assist in helping you meet your health goals.
